Who we are
Travoy is a booking tool for travel agencies, run from Saudi Arabia. This policy follows the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
For your account: your email, an optional name, your sign-in method and a log of account actions. For your agency: its details, its team and the work you do in Travoy.
Agencies' customers
Agencies keep their customers' requests and contact details in Travoy to answer them. We process them for the agency and never use them for our own marketing.
Why we use it
To provide the service, keep accounts secure and meet legal duties. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data stays while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your login after 14 days.
Your rights
You can see, download and correct your data, and delete your account from your Account page. You can also write to us at hello@travoy.ai.
